Senior Head of Human Capital for Training and Development at Riyad Bank
We believe that at Riyad Bank, we have succeeded in partnering with the Financial Academy in building the capabilities of many of the bank's employees - as more than 3,000 employees were trained during the year (2024). This great achievement, which was achieved through several programs such as combating money laundering and terrorist financing, a number of professional certificates and development programs - benefited colleagues from vital sectors in the bank such as the retail banking sector, corporate banking and the bank's support sectors.
This year's partnership program also included the participation of a number of the Academy's experts in the "Riyad Talk" meeting, which hosted an elite group of banking sector experts during 2024; to provide valuable insights on cybersecurity, environmental and social standards, corporate governance, sustainability and other related topics.
This strategic partnership between Riyad Bank and the Financial Academy reflects a shared desire to build the capabilities of banking sector employees, and is a model to be emulated in developing human cadres and achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
