Admission Criteria
Professional Experience
1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in direct investments, private equity, venture capital, or institutional finance. 2. Targeted at individuals working in or aspiring to roles such as dealmakers, fund managers, partners or CEOs of investment firms, and chief financial officers.
Educational Background
1. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business administration, or a related field. 2. Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) are preferred but not required.
Technical Skills
1. Strong understanding of private equity concepts, financial analysis, company valuation, and performance metrics. 2. Ability to engage in strategic discussions on growth, exit strategies, and investment risk management.
Participation Commitment
