Every profession has its ethics, and every organization has its culture and values. Adhering to a code of professional conduct is not merely about following regulations — it is an expression of the employee's professional identity and a tool for building credibility and achieving success in the workplace. This program offers students and graduates entering the private sector an integrated methodology that familiarizes them with professional conduct standards, rights and duties, information confidentiality requirements, and workplace interaction protocols. Across two days and five integrated modules, Day One establishes a clear understanding of work ethics, professional conduct concepts, ideal employee characteristics, the code of professional ethics, and organizational culture and values, before moving into the regulations and legislation governing the Saudi work environment including the labor system, labor entities, violation procedures, combating financial crimes and corruption, and disclosure policies. Day Two addresses professional rights and duties, internal organizational policies, powers and responsibilities, and how to balance work and personal life while managing workplace stress. It also covers types of information, confidentiality and information security rules, and social media conduct in the workplace. The program concludes with job etiquette and protocols for professional interaction with colleagues, clients, and work teams, ensuring a complete professional image for the employee and reinforcing a culture of respect within the organization.
