About Program
The National Program for Actuarial Competency Development in Health Financing is a strategic initiative launched by the National Health Insurance Center and the Center of Excellence for Medical Coding and Costing, in collaboration with the Financial Academy. The program aims to prepare national professionals specialized in the fields of health and financial actuarial science, in a way that supports the financial transformation of the healthcare sector and promotes its sustainability. The program offers intensive training in partnership with the Actuarial Consulting and Technology Team at WTW, and is accredited by the Society of Actuaries (SOA). It focuses on developing skills in data analysis, healthcare service pricing, financial reserve calculation, and actuarial model design. The program runs for 21 training days, from June 30 to August 28, targeting final-year university students and recent graduates. Participants will receive Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours accredited by the SOA, which enhances their readiness to actively contribute to the transformation goals of the healthcare sector.

Preparing participants to obtain internationally accredited professional certifications, such as the American Society of Actuaries (SOA) credential.
To promote the integration of academic knowledge with practical application in a specialized and intensive training environment.
