The Saudi Central Bank in accordance with its powers to regulate the rights of financial institutions clients, the regulations for financial sector institutions have been updated by issuing a circular on 26 Muharram 1444 AD and No. 44006639 to confirm and consolidate the principle of protecting financial institutions clients in accordance with the instructions issued internationally, to treat the client with fairness and transparency and credibility, in addition to facilitating their access to services at reasonable fees and with high quality. This training program is designed to familiarize participants with the principles of protecting financial institutions clients, as well as general and special rules of conduct to apply them while working professionally and fully.
