The Financial Academy (TFA) has inked a strategic sponsorship agreement with SNB Capital to step up their cooperation in the area of human capital capacity development. The move is lined up with Saudi Vision 2030.

The agreement was signed by Mr. Mana bin Mohamed AlKhamsan, CEO of The Financial Academy, and Mr. Rashed Sharif, CEO of SNB Capital.

As per the deal, SNB Capital will be the strategic sponsor of two TFA signature programs: “Private Placement: Private Equity and Venture Capital,” developed in partnership with Oxford University; and “Advanced Strategic Investments,” designed in collaboration with University of California, Berkeley

Accordingly, the two programs will be fully sponsored by SNB Capital and TFA.

“The partnership emanates from TFA’s key role of developing and advancing the capabilities of the financial sector workforce, in alignment with KSA Vision 2030’s Financial Sector Development Program (FSDP),” commented Mr. AlKhamsan.

On his part, Mr. Sharif said that collaboration with TFA reflects SNB Capital’s commitment to developing the next generation of the financial sector leaders through investing in talents and enriching experiences.

“We seek to empower talents with skills needed to have deep insight into capital market, thus supporting efforts to build unique capacities and skilled cadres that could cement the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s status as a global financial hub,” added Sharif.
